At the same time there is also an alternative source of energy that can be also provided to the people.

Breathe Deeper Kathmandu is the project that is initiated by the group of students from Action Aid Nepal. The groups of the students are working on the project that is related to the pollution and the environmental problems in Kathmandu. So far, the growing rates of the pollution adversely affect the lives of the people. In this scenario, it is the video that will help to make the people aware about the possible diseases that can be transmitted by the pollution.

Additionally, it is no wonder that Ktm. is also one of the most polluted cities in the world. With the increase in population, the density of the toll population has caused the lives very compact. In these circumstances, the project will help to sort out the problems that are related to the pollution caused by the automobiles and the factories.

Therefore, it is an ultimate need for the people to make them aware about the pollution that is growing in Ktm valley. Thus the project gives the suggestions so that to prevent oneself from the pollution that can be very worst in the future. So it is the short documentary that shows there are many issues which are caused by the pollution. So this is the document so that Kathmandu valley can be made breathable again.

Symphony X Drummer Jason Rullo Recovering From Heart Failure
Symphony X drummer Jason Rullo is recovering from recent treatment for heart failure. The metal stickman was admitted to the hospital two weeks ago and is on the mend after a week’s worth of medical care.

According to doctors, Rullo’s recovery time and rehab is expected to last between three and six months and he won’t return to playing live until he’s cleared. In the short period since his hospital stay, Rullo has received best wishes from his fellow band members, World Management and Nuclear Blast Records, as well as his immediate family and friends.

The drummer, who is a founding member of Symphony X, offered a statement on the matter that reads:
a
I would just like to say that I am happy to be home with my family after what was quite a week. We had a few scary days in there, but I made it through what was hopefully the worst of it.
Doctors say I have a very good chance for a full recovery, so I plan to be back at 100% even if it takes a while. I will go through cardiac rehab so I can be monitored while returning to form, so that I’ll know when it’s safe for me to return to drumming the way I always have, if not better.
Thanks to my friends and family for the support, and to the fans, I love you all!

http://quick-answer.blogspot.comMalcolm X transformed himself into a self-taught intellectual who spurned his past as a white-hating separatist and Nation of Islam spokesman to become an orthodox Muslim and an international figure.

In 1964, Malcolm X left his high-ranking post at the Nation of Islam, after discovering that the founder of the organization, Elijah Muhammad, had fathered children out of wedlock. He was assassinated in 1965 at the age of 39 by men associated with the group.

He was born Malcolm Little on May 19, 1925, in Omaha, Neb., to a West Indian mother and an American father, who was a Baptist minister deeply influenced by Marcus Aurelius Garvey's Universal Negro Improvement Association. Garvey exhorted African-Americans to return to Africa because the United States would continue to deny them basic rights.

He later married Betty Sanders, a nurse and fellow member of the Nation of Islam, in 1958. They had six children. Betty Shabazz died in 1997 after one of her grandchildren set fire to her apartment.

During the ‘60s, Malcolm X disdained the leaders of the civil rights movement, including the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, calling him an “Uncle Tom.” But after his conversion to orthodox Islam, changing his name to El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz in Mecca, he revised his vision of the movement and its leaders.

Toward the end of his “Autobiography” (written by Alex Haley), Malcolm X wrote: “The American Negro never can be blamed for his racial animosities — he is only reacting to 400 years of the conscious racism of the American whites. But as racism leads America up the suicide path, I do believe, from the experiences that I have had with them, that the whites of the younger generation, in the colleges and universities, will see the handwriting on the wall and many of them will turn to the spiritual path of truth — the only way left to America to ward off the disaster that racism inevitably must lead to.”

Life in an SOS Children’s Village helped Deepak KC (39) from Nepal “forget” that he was physically disabled. The love and support he received gave him wings to strive higher and help others along the way. His list of accomplishments include designing environments that help disabled people enjoy more of what life has to offer.

Deepak has been in a wheelchair as long as he can remember. He became part of SOS Children’s Village Jorpati at the age of 9 after his father tried to protect him from society’s prejudice and negativity for as long as he could. Jorpati was the first SOS Children’s Village in Asia dedicated to children with disabilities.

“It was beyond my imagination when I saw friends like me were sharing joy and happiness in a wonderful environment. Although all of us had some kind of physical limitation, our activities and memories are no different than those of normal children,” said Deepak.

He went on to become the first wheelchair user in Nepal to obtain a degree in Architecture Engineering. This is the achievement he is most proud of, because it was a “physical and psychological struggle” in a college with no ramps or wheelchair accessible toilet.

Deepak is recognised as a pioneer in the movement of Universal Design which takes into account the full range of human diversity. As a result wheelchair accessibility in Nepal has increased. In 2012 he was also a technical member of the national Accessibility Guidelines Drafting Committee. But his expertise is also recognised internationally. He was chosen as one of the jurors of the 2013 Berkeley Undergraduate Prize for Architectural Design Excellence.
As an active person who “explored the jungle and even climbed a tree” with his SOS Children’s Village brothers and sisters, Deepak is the founding president of the National Physical Disabled Table Tennis Association of Nepal. When he has time in between his work as freelance architect and volunteering in disabled people’s organisations, he likes taking a long drive with his four-wheeler scooter. Soon he will also have to adapt to living on his own when his sister and flatmate for the past 6 years will be moving into her own house.

“To focus on personal growth and to become a successful person is good, but it’s not enough. As children who grew up in SOS, we all have the responsibility to create a better society,” said Deepak.

“Deepak influences the lives of the people who view him as a role model in two ways. Firstly, his work directly benefits their daily lives as their problems and issues are minimised. Secondly, he has become an icon whose story and work motivate people to work harder and prove themselves.” – Rabin Nepali, Project Director SOS Children’s Village Jorpati.
